A new law will allow facility dogs in Tennessee to be used to help vulnerable witnesses and victims, like children, testify in court with a judge’s approval, according to the Tennessee District Attorneys General Conference (TNDAGC).
Before this, these dogs were only used in a few judicial districts during courtroom testimony as well as in forensic interviews.
We want to extend a special thank you to the TNDAGC for highlighting the work of certified facility dogs especially our Lucia.
