Blue Ribbon Champions for Children

The month of April is dedicated as Child Abuse Prevention Month (CAPM). Child Abuse Prevention Month is a time to  acknowledge the importance of families and communities working together to prevent child abuse and neglect as well as  promote education and awareness to local communities in order to protect and care for those who have unfortunately  been a victim of abuse. Blue Sunday is observed on the last Sunday of Child Abuse Prevention Month (4/26/26). It is observed by setting aside a time  during your church service or private day to pray for the needs of children who are victims of child abuse.
